PROSE announces appointment of new CEO
PROSE Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Andre Schoen as the new Chief Executive Officer for PROSE, succeeding Stefan Bühler.
Andre Schoen has started his new role on the 6th of January. He joins us from ABB Grid Automation, where he was the International Business Development Director (Rail/Transport). In the past, he also held the position of Vice President, International at Harsco Rail, Managing Director at Xerox-ACS Switzerland, Director Rail Infrastructure UK at Siemens and various other international assignments in the rail industry. With his track record, leadership experience and personality, he is well placed to lead PROSE into the future, growing the rail engineering consulting business in Europe and globally.
"I am very excited to lead this company with such a breadth of experience covering the entire engineering value chain of train design to manufacturing as well as rolling stock testing. Given our impressive broad customer base and reputation, I look forward to continue PROSE’s growth in this promising industry segment" - Andre Schoen
Stefan Bühler, who expanded PROSE’s footprint in Europe into a leading rolling stock engineering consulting firm, will take on another role within PROSE. The PROSE Board and Management would like to thank Mr. Bühler for his hard work and very significant contribution in these last years and we wish him the very best for the future.
We would like to extend a warm welcome to Andre Schoen and wish him a good start.
PROSE announces change in Board Constitution
PROSE would like to announce a change in its Board composition. PROSE has now reached a significant size, which has also led to the need of a more formal go forward strategy. In support of this, PROSE changed its Board composition where two of the previous board members, who were also part of the management team, were replaced on the Board, per 1.1.2020 with Christof Horn and André Günter - two independent entrepreneurs. Roger Kollbrunner remains chairman of the board and Jochen Helmlinger also remains on the Board as a representative of the shareholders.
We would like to welcome Christof Horn and André Günter to the PROSE Board!
