Customer benefit

• A moderated discussion of the working basis among the ECM function holders took place, in which the view of the individual ECM function holders regarding the positioning and the tasks / competences of AVOR were documented according to the current state of the art. PROSE summarized the individual assessments, but did not justify the statements and differences.
• The results are presented to all ECM function owners. The function owners reconsidered their estimations depending on the mentioned deviations and agreed on a consensus.
