Project tasks

• Correct non-conformities from Audit 2019
• Align with the requirements of the new implementing regulation VO EU 2019/779
• Identification of opportunities for improvement
• Expansion of the ECM system beyond freight cars to include the entire rolling stock, definition of roles in asset management taking into account the new regulation, and a detailed role description to meet EMC requirements
• Preparation of the organization for the external interim audit in early April 2020 and recertification in late April 2020
